Our philosophy at NSCISD is to individually focus special education services to students with disabilities. It promotes the development of our students by challenging them to grow to their maximum potential through participation in the entire life of the school.

Appropriate assessment, curriculum, and instruction are provided and modified, as needed, to support the continuous progress of each student with disabilities toward explicit goals set forth in the individual educational plan (I.E.P.).
